How BreakPoint Systems Collects, Uses, and Protects Your Information

BreakPoint Systems LLC does NOT sell, rent, or share customer opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent records with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data is strictly confidential.

4.2 Opt-In & Consent

You will only receive SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in via a dedicated consent checkbox

We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions for compliance purposes

We comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA guidelines

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service

4.3 Opt-Out Instructions

Reply "STOP" to any message to cancel SMS service at any time

You will receive a final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in

All opt-out requests are processed immediately

4.4 Message Frequency & Content

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and service interactions

Messages will be directly related to services you have requested

We do not send unsolicited promotional SMS content

4.5 Carrier Information

Standard message and data rates may apply

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers

SMS DATA PROTECTION

No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent records will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose. This data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

All of the above categories explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and SMS consent records. This information will not be shared with any third parties except SMS delivery aggregators required to transmit your messages.
